【Kuo Yuan Ye】Premium Yolk Cake- Red Bean
The premium egg yolk pastry uses Pingtung contract-farmed Wandan red beans as its filling, with black bean paste carefully crafted over six hours. It is infused with double-strength Taiwanese selected red tea broth, which imparts a refreshing tea aroma. The egg yolks, pickled in Yilan's red clay for 40 days, are then cooked sous-vide for 30 hours using grape seed oil and a special blend of distilled red tea gin from Taiwan’s Holy Distillery. Finally, the yolks are lightly charred to enhance their fragrance, creating a smooth and soft center with a rich egg yolk taste.

頂級蛋黃酥內餡選用屏東契作的萬丹紅豆，耗時六小時研製而成的烏豆沙，添加雙倍台灣精選紅茶湯，散發出一股清新的茗茶味，宜蘭紅土醃製40天的蛋黃以葡萄籽油、台灣在地的合力酒廠(Holy Distillery)專屬特調蒸餾紅茶琴酒舒肥與低溫熟成30小時，最後再以炙燒帶出蛋黃香氣，滑潤軟心蛋黃口感。
外皮特別以酥與皮1:1的比例，原料則選用日本北海道小麥粉煉瓦與歐洲進口無鹽發酵奶油，帶有北海道小麥獨特甘甜與香氣的春希來里、北穗波品種小麥，斷口性佳且嚼感輕柔，由師傅手工擀製成27層酥皮，融合內餡吃起來層次豐富，分外酥爽細膩。

※Taiwan Mainland - Free shipping for room temperature goods with a purchase of NT$3,000 or more, NT$170 will be charged for purchases below NT$3,000 ; free shipping for refrigerated and frozen goods with a purchase of NT$5,000 or more, NT$225 will be charged for purchases below NT$5,000.
※Taiwan outlying islands - Free shipping for purchases over NT$5,000. For purchases under NT$5,000, a shipping fee of NT$280 will be charged for room temperature products, and a shipping fee of NT$340 will be charged for refrigerated or frozen products.
