Description
Kuo Yuan Ye's peanut butter is made from the carefully selected No. 9 peanuts from Yunlin, known for their thin shells and full, plump seeds. The peanuts are sun-dried for a week after harvesting, then hand-roasted for 2 hours, and the skin is removed before being slowly ground at low temperatures. The peanut butter is further enhanced with fine sugar and French Pyrénées mountain spring salt to bring out the natural flavor of the peanuts. Spreading a thick layer of this peanut butter on crispy toasted bread is a delightful memory for every peanut butter lover. It also pairs wonderfully with salads, noodles, and grilled meats for a unique and delicious taste.
