In 2001, Kuo Yuan Ke Museum of Cake and Pastry opens its doors to the public. It is the first facility in Taiwan devoted itself to preserve and to collect the local pastry culture and to create the hands-on experience of Taiwanese pastry making.
Yangmei branch is the only tourism factory in Taiwan with a Chinese palace facade, and the first green building in Taiwan food industry. Guests could experience the mixture of modern lifestyle and traditional culture and observe the production process of Kuo Yuan Ye pastries. The Shilin branch is located at the address where the brand is founded in 1867; guests could take a nostalgic trip through the past 100 years of Taiwan that surrounds the culture of pastries.
